Preferred Qualifications * Microsoft engineering certifications related to Windows, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, or endpoint management. * Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio. * Experience with Power BI and SQL/SSRS reporting. * Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. * Experience with Citrix or other desktop/application virtualization technologies. * Experience with VMware ThinApp or similar application virtualization technologies. * Experience with third-party migration tools such as Quest/Dell Migration Manager (QMM). * Experience with Flexera and software licensing/inventory. * Experience with OMS/SCOM or other System Center products. * Experience with scripting and automation for application packaging and infrastructure management. * Familiarity with SailPoint, TOAD, MQ Series, ETL tools, or other enterprise middleware technologies. * Experience with ServiceNow integration and enterprise workflow automation. ## Description The role will focus heavily on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, OS Deployment (OSD), imaging, application packaging, patch management, PowerShell automation, and related on-premises and cloud technologies.
