## About the Role

* 3 years of hands-on Deskside Support experience
 * Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Experience with laptop refreshes, hardware deployments, and user migrations
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow is preferred

## Description

The Technician will be supporting a significant laptop refresh / migration effort and will be responsible for:

 * Laptop deployments and migrations
 * End-user setup and support Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix activities
 * Peripheral support (monitors, docks, printers, phones)
 * User communications and scheduling Coordination with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and project teams
 * General deskside support activities throughout the migration effort
