Primary Skill: Agile Scrum Master Secondary Skill: Agile tools (Jira) Tertiary Skill: Agile Coach Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience as Agile Scrum Master * 5+ Work experience with JIRA Issue and Project Tracking Software Desired Qualifications 5+ Work experience on large and complex projects Agile coaching experience Bachelors Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology or Similar. Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team) Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills Process and detailed oriented Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments. Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex fast paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelines.
