* 8+ years building and operating production software
 * Experience on a platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing team
 * Strong Python. Django and FastAPI skills
 * Real depth in Kubernetes and GitOps delivery (Helm, ArgoCD)
 * Experience owning an authentication / authorization system
 * Excellent project management skills: breaking down, estimating, sequencing, and communicating about work in progress
 * Clear written and verbal communication; influential beyond one team

Bonus Points For

 * Multi-tenant medical SaaS experience
 * Backstage, internal developer portals, or service scaffolding tooling
 * Depth of healthcare tech knowledge: HIPAA, PHI/PII, Epic and Cerner integrations, SMART on FHIR
 * Terraform, Jenkins, Datadog and/or APM in general
