Vous savez réaliser des outils de restitutions et d'automatisation de tâches

## Description

Nous cherchons une personne possédant une RQTH pour venir en renfort sur une mission qui peut se prolonger, dans une équipe cliente en aéronautique., * Maîtrise des outils de support (ServiceNow, TechRequest, ComTool, Salesforce)

 * Automatisation des processus (réduction des tâches répétitives + analyse des gains de temps)
 * Analyse business des données et reporting KPI
 * Utilisation avancée de tableaux de bord (Google Sheets, tableaux croisés dynamiques, etc.)
 * Nettoyage de données (extraction et mise en forme de données brutes)
 * Organisation rigoureuse
