## About the Role

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions within a workflow automation platform.
 * Analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
 * Preference for candidates with experience in workflow automation and form-building platforms.
 * Experience administering Information Systems at the department level.
 * Ability to analyze data and generate insights, with working knowledge of Power BI., Please note, when submitting a college/university degree, if selected for this position official transcripts will be required.
 * Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
 * Must possess at least four (4) years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or related technical roles.
 * A two-year degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Business Administration or related fields may be used to substitute for up to two years of the required experience.
