## Description

* Design interactive prototypes for websites and design system components and patterns. Refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and usability data. Iterate on components and patterns to ensure optimal user experiences.
 * Guide external designers by promoting the organization''s user experience philosophy, guidelines, and best practices for design system components.
 * Provide design reviews and gather feedback from internal and external teams to ensure design excellence and alignment.
 * Advocate for inclusive design practices, ensuring that the design system adheres to accessibility standards and meets the needs of diverse users.
 * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the design system, including component guidelines, usage instructions, and best practices to support designers and developers.
 * Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma, keeping components, patterns, and documentation current and up to date.
