## Description

* Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Db2 for z/OS subsystems.
 * Apply maintenance and fixes using SMP/E.
 * Administer production and non-production Db2 databases.
 * Execute and optimize Db2 utilities, including REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY, RECOVER, LOAD, and REBUILD INDEX.
 * Monitor and tune Db2 subsystems, SQL, buffer pools, locking, logging, storage, and application performance.
 * Support backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster-recovery testing.
 * Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
 * Support Q Replication, SQL Replication, Change Data Capture, and Db2 Connect.
 * Collaborate with application, CICS, storage, security, and z/OS infrastructure teams.
 * Follow ITIL incident, problem, change, and release-management processes.
 * Maintain technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
 * Participate in rotational on-call and scheduled after-hours support.
