We are seeking a dedicated leader to provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for the Flight Operations Support (FOS) Configuration Management team. This leader will supervise a core group of direct reports and collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, including product developers, integration and project engineers, system test personnel, Readiness team members, Mission Engineering specialists, the FOS Operations Integration Engineering (OIE) team, payload subcontractors, ground software developers, and systems administrators. The primary responsibility is mission success: ensuring effective configuration management of all products under development, delivering flight ready products to the operational element on schedule, and achieving zero defects.
