Possess strong technical problem solving, written and verbal communication skills to generate and document system level GMD booster and mission specific requirements, perform vehicle performance assessments and participate in system level verification/data review activities. Create new system requirements and manages requirement changes in the Requirements Management databases working effectively with IPT leaders, team members, and government customers. Possess a strong resolve to drive tasks to completion autonomously and possess demonstrated mentoring/training skills. Create and manage both original and revised specification/interface definition documents and coordinates document approval through peer review and signature process. Implement and manage system requirements in the Requirements Management databases (DOORS). Provide data for and assists in risk management (identifies potential risk) and trade study processes. Manage aspects of system design, analyses, interface verification, testing, and failure/anomaly resolution or mission operations. Participate in the creation of and manages changes to system or subsystem analytical models. Interface with IPT engineering staff as required.
