In this role, you will manage special projects, ensure data integrity, and oversee the integration and maintenance of vital laboratory systems and supporting databases. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of abstract problem-solving skills and technical aptitude, with a continuous focus on automating manual processes and developing on-demand descriptive data tools. As a key communicator, you will translate intricate statistical concepts into clear financial reviews, market performance reports, and pricing studies for management and sales teams. We are looking for an adaptable, enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, welcomes analytical challenges, and maintains the highest standards of data confidentiality and professionalism., Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively prepare, present, and discuss financial reviews, market performance reports, and pricing studies with management, the reference lab sales team, as well as other groups and individuals. Strong background in practical statistics is preferred. ## Description The Laboratory Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting a variety of statistical, financial, and clinical data specific to the reference laboratory business. A crucial requirement will be to analyze trends and outcomes within laboratory data, review financial performance of business operations, and evaluate market performance and pricing structures. The analyst will provide answers, possible solutions, and pricing analysis to grant a competitive advantage for the reference lab sales team. This data will be reported accurately and timely.
