Grimes is NCS's largest manufacturing facility, and this role's first responsibility is keeping production-connected technology running: plant-floor devices, warehouse systems, shipping and receiving, and the equipment returns operation. Beyond the floor, the role supports the site's office workforce, including finance, HR, engineering, and members of the executive team, and serves as the L2 escalation point for the site. This is the most varied site role in the company, and it requires someone who prioritizes production uptime while still delivering polished support to the people who run the company.
