Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, UX design, or a related field.
Experience:

 * 3 years' experience in graphic design, UX design, digital media, agency.
 * Experience in the design thinking process and agile development.

Other skills/ knowledge:

 * Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat), Microsoft Suite, Creatopy. Proficient in UX/UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
 * Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
 * Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 5 years of experience in graphic design, UX design, digital media, agency.
Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools.
Licensure/ Certification: Digital marketing certification. Other skills/ knowledge: Health care marketing exposure.

The User Experience (UX) Designer ensures the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user, producing high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps. The UX Designer provides guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
