Preferred candidates with prior Apple contracting experience. ## Description Tools used (not a comprehensive list): Slack, Wrike, Keynote, Quip (spreadsheet and word processing), Excel, Mail, Calendar, several internal tools (SAP, RADAR, etc.). Scope of Work: 1. Manage multiple projects that are driving enhancements/new capabilities across multiple internal applications over their lifecycle. Projects will be at varying stages in their lifecycle. 1. Work with Business and BPR teams (WW/AMR/EMEIA/APAC) on requirements documentation and prioritization. 2. Work with Engineering/IS&T teams to review requirements and assess any gaps. 2. Manage project core team calls and communication with a broad XF stakeholder team. 1. Weekly 2. Monthly 3. Ad hoc 3. Lead UAT 1. UAT coordination 2. Issue Triaging 3. Reporting Support system go-live cutover and warranty. Proactively identify risks and work on mitigating these risks ahead of time.
