* Must be able to diagnose and repair technology issues.
 * Working knowledge of PC's and Apple computing equipment.
 * Assist in diagnosing networking issues.
 * Responsible for loading operating system onto devices and setting them up for Staff and Student use.
 * Work with various software platforms including the installation and troubleshooting of issues.
 * Able to communicate effectively and work with all stakeholders.
 * Possess a working knowledge of MS Active Directory and the Google Educational suite of tools.
