A day in the life RACE builds the reporting infrastructure and analytical capabilities behind data-driven decisions across our global Sales and Operations organizations. A typical day moves between layers: a morning writing a SQL model that reshapes an operational dataset for a new leader-facing view, an afternoon building a React component that lets that leader drill from a metric tile into an AI-generated narrative of the underlying drivers, and a late-day code review on the shared component library. The role rewards people who enjoy getting both the data and the experience right in the same day, partnering with sales leaders and operations teams. ## Related Videos - [Fireside Chat with Werner Vogels, VP & CTO, Amazon.com & Daniel Gebler, CTO at Picnic](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1405-fireside-chat-with-werner-vogels-vp-cto-amazon-com-daniel-gebler-cto-at-picnic) - [Svelte ♥ TypeScript and so will you](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/493-svelte-typescript-and-so-will-you) - [Lessons learned from building a thriving Vue.js SaaS application](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1666-lessons-learned-from-building-a-thriving-vue-js-saas-application) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [Alibaba Big Data and Machine Learning Technology](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/37-alibaba-big-data-and-machine-learning-technology) - [On tour with heroes == Moving from Angular to WebComponents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/63-on-tour-with-heroes-moving-from-angular-to-webcomponents) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 119 - ❤️ === ❤️](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/454-dev-digest-119) - [Making Data Warehouses Fast: A Developer’s Story](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/107-making-data-warehouses-fast-a-developer-s-story)
