Preferred Qualifications * Oracle Cloud EPM certification in EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, or a related Oracle EPM discipline. * Experience supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly patch and update cycles. * Experience balancing business-as-usual support, production incidents, service requests, and minor application enhancements. * Experience working across integrated Oracle EPM modules in a complex enterprise environment. Key Deliverables * Timely resolution of production incidents and service requests within established SLAs. * Reduction in recurring issues through effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions. * Accurate and current EDMCS metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and mappings. * Successful period-end reconciliation, consolidation, close, and reporting support. * Reliable coordination and testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and application changes. * Clear and maintainable SOPs, RCA reports, knowledge-base articles, and support documentation. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to provide day-to-day managed support for Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management applications, including Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The successful candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, configuration maintenance, minor enhancements, and period-end close support. This role requires strong hands-on experience across the Oracle Cloud EPM suite and the ability to support business-critical financial processes within established service-level agreements and turnaround times.
