## About the Role

+ Significant experience delivering production software in **secure or regulated** environments

## Description

We are seeking a **JR to MID level Software Developer** to support mission-focused Government programs in a **classified environment** . This role will design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain **secure software systems** across enterprise and cyber domains, with opportunities to support **search/data discovery** , **identity and access management** , and **embedded/hardware-adjacent** development as program needs dictate.

Responsibilities

 + Design and develop secure applications and services supporting Government mission systems

 + Lead or contribute to **full software lifecycle** activities: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, sustainment

 + Build and enhance **Java-based** back-end systems, APIs, and web services in secure environments

 + Develop secure **data discovery/search** capabilities (e.g., Elasticsearch and Lucene-based approaches)

 + Support **Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)** / authorization solutions (e.g., OpenAM/ForgeRock-style ecosystems)

 + Develop and integrate front-end components as needed (e.g., **Angular** and related web frameworks)

 + Implement and maintain automated testing and quality practices (e.g., **JUnit/TestNG** ), code reviews, and CI/CD-aligned workflows

 + Troubleshoot and deploy systems in **Linux and Windows** environments; provide operational support and root-cause analysis

 + Produce clear technical documentation (design notes, runbooks, interface documentation, user/admin guides)
