## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, PMO oder Portfolio Management

## Description

* Operatives Tagesgeschäft: Koordination & Durchführung von IT-Entscheidungsgremien, Administration aller Projekte der Konzern IT
 * Transparenz & Reporting: Erstellung von Dashboards, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen für Management und Steering Committee
 * Stakeholder-Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ProjektleiterInnen, Product Ownern, Controlling und allen Fachbereichen
 * Governance & Entscheidungsprozesse: Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Portfolio-Prozessen, Projektbewertungskriterien und Projekt Management Standards
 * Tool-Management & Systemkompetenz: Selbstständige Beratung der Anwender und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Projektmanagement-Softwarelandschaft (z.B. Atlassian, SharePoint)
