 * Fundierte Tech-Basis: Python 3, PostgreSQL/SQL, Git, Linux, JavaScript, XML. Docker, CI/CD und REST-APIs sind kein Neuland für Dich.
 * Engineering-Mindset: Du denkst in sauberen Datenmodellen, schreibst Tests und sorgst dafür, dass Customizing morgen noch upgrade-fähig ist.
 * Prozessverständnis: Du kennst typische ERP-Prozesse (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing) gut genug, um mit dem Consulting auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen.
 * Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mehrjährige Praxis.
 * AI-unterstütztes Arbeiten: Du setzt AI-Assistenten (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor & Co.) produktiv im Daily Workflow ein -- Code, Reviews, Doku.

## Description

* Odoo-Module entwickeln: Du entwirfst, implementierst, testest und rollst eigenständige Odoo-Module aus -- Models, Views, Workflows, Wizards und Reports im Cloudunify-Modul-Standard.
 * Schnittstellen & Integrationen: Du baust REST/JSON-APIs, EDI- und Webhook-Anbindungen, integrierst Drittsysteme wie BMD, DATEV, Webshops, Marketplaces, Logistik-Plattformen und IoT-Geräte sauber an Odoo an.
 * Frontend & UX: Du erweiterst das Odoo-Web-Frontend mit OWL-Komponenten, QWeb-Templates und gezieltem JavaScript -- pragmatisch, ohne den Standard unnötig auseinanderzureißen.
 * Code-Qualität & Reviews: Du schreibst lesbaren, getesteten Python-Code, machst Code-Reviews, achtest auf Performance, Sicherheit und Upgrade-Fähigkeit auf zukünftige Odoo-Versionen.
 * CI/CD & Odoo.sh : Du arbeitest mit Git-Workflows, GitHub Actions und Odoo.sh Dev/Stage/Prod und sorgst für sichere, reproduzierbare Deployments.
 * Schnittstelle zum Consulting: Du übersetzt Spezifikationen aus dem Consulting in technische Konzepte, challengst Anforderungen wo nötig und schlägst pragmatische Standard-First-Lösungen vor.
 * Datenmigration: Du unterstützt bei Migrationsskripten -- ETL aus Vorsystemen, Datenbereinigung, Testdurchläufe und Cutover.
