## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365
 * Kenntnisse in Entra ID (Azure AD) sowie in den Bereichen Purview, Governance, Security und Compliance
 * Erfahrung mit modernen Sicherheitsarchitekturen, insbesondere im Kontext von Zero Trust
 * Kenntnisse im Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management
 * Technisches Interesse und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als IT Administrator - Microsoft 365 (m/w/x) beträgt 4.100,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

## Description

* Verantwortung für zentrale Themen in Microsoft 365 inkl. MS Purview (Security, Compliance und Governance)
 * Administration und Betrieb der Microsoft 365-Services (Exchange Online und On-Prem, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, insbesondere Conditional Access, Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung sowie Rollen- und Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Monitoring, Troubleshooting und Störungsbehebung im Microsoft 365-Umfeld (2nd & 3rd Level Support)
 * Unterstützung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Cloud, Security und Modern Workplace
 * Beratung der Fachbereiche zu Microsoft 365, Identity-, Security- und Compliance-Themen
