Leveraging your broad IT expertise, youll translate business needs into clear roadmaps, recommendations, and actionable plans for senior stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor and communication lead, youll drive alignment across business teams, local and global IT functions, and leadership to successfully deliver transformation initiatives. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND ORGANISATIONAL MANAGEMENT Youll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, local IT teams, suppliers, and central IT functions. By leading through influence and navigating complex environments, youll align business needs with IT strategy and standards. Through strong collaboration, empathy, and sound judgment, youll create commitment, foster accountability, and inspire teams to deliver high-impact results. GOVERNANCE, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Youll drive governance, performance, and transparency across IT initiatives, integrations, service quality, and security.
