 * Vertrautheit mit Git, npm und CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Kenntnisse in Authentifizierung und Autorisierung (z. B. Keycloak, OAuth2/OIDC)
 * Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenz
 * Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich an nicht-technische Stakeholder zu vermitteln
 * Teamgeist und hohe Eigeninitiative

## Description

* Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Ressourcentools sowie diverser spezifischer Business-Applikationen (Frontend & Backend)
 * Umsetzung von responsiven und benutzerfreundlichen Bedienkonzepten
 * Erstellung von Testfällen und Code-Dokumentationen
 * Sicherstellung von Codequalität, Wart- und Betreibbarkeit sowie Performance
 * Requirements Engineering und Demand Management für unsere inhouse entwickelten Applikationen
 * Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in wirtschaftlich und technisch realisierbare Demands
 * Technische Beratung von internen Stakeholdern
 * Durchführung von Workshops mit den Fachbereichen, um IT-Demands für die Realisierung zu qualifizieren
