## About the Role

* Strong experience as a Senior Java or Full-Stack Developer;
 * Mandatory hands-on experience with Java 6;
 * Mandatory hands-on experience with JavaFX;
 * Mandatory hands-on experience with Swing;
 * Experience developing scalable and efficient Java solutions;
 * Experience maintaining and optimizing existing applications;
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing;
 * Experience deploying applications in on-premise environments;
 * Good knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and security best practices;
 * Experience working in Scrum environments;
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
 * Ability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers;
 * Availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation after appropriate training;
 * Dutch or French, combined with very good English.

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience with LeSS or with multiple teams working from a single backlog.
