Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar professionele ervaring in een technische support- of brede IT-rol.
Je beschikt over een solide basis in Linux en MySQL. (Heb je een eigen homelab? Dan is dit absoluut een grote plus!)
Je bent communicatief sterk, houdt van telefonisch contact en staat stevig in je schoenen.
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (must). Kennis van het Duits is een grote meerwaarde, Frans is mooi meegenomen.

De productie van softwareoplossingen realiseren in een omgeving (servers, werkposten, besturingssystemen, ...)

## Description

Je biedt diepgaande technische ondersteuning (voornamelijk telefonisch, in het Nederlands en Engels) voor complexe in-house software.
Je verzorgt de configuraties van de systemen en lost complexe tweedelijns of derdelijns incidenten op.
Je beheert klantcontacten professioneel en zorgt voor een adequate opvolging van escalaties.
Je reist 3 à 4 keer per jaar internationaal voor on-site implementaties en software-projecten bij klanten.
Je neemt deel aan een beurtrol voor het permanentiesysteem om de operationele continuïteit te garanderen.
