 * Actieve deelname aan IT-projecten, waaronder implementaties, upgrades en standaardisatie van systemen.
 * Verlenen van tweede- en derdelijnssupport en ondersteunen van gebruikers en IT-collega's bij complexe technische vraagstukken.
