## Description

Actual Talent METZ recherche pour son client spécialisé en informatique, un Technicien support de proximité IT F/H en Intérim.

Dans le cadre d'un besoin de renfort, voici les missions qui vous seront confiées:

 - Support informatique & ITSM : prise en charge des incidents et demandes de service sur le matériel utilisateur (PC, mobiles, impression, visio) et suivi rigoureux des tickets.

 - Maintenance & Déploiement : résolution de pannes (break/fix), imaging, installation des OS/logiciels métiers et gestion des opérations IMACD.

 - Proximité & Infrastructures : support hands & feet en salles serveurs/réseau, gestion du stock local et suivi des prestataires/constructeurs (OEM).

 - Gestion du parc : mise à jour systématique de la CMDB / AMDB pour assurer un inventaire précis.
