 + Permis B, Vous êtes détenteur du permis B., De formation BAC+2 à BAC+3 d'une filière technique IT, vous maîtrisez les bases technologiques liées aux architectures des matériels informatiques.

Vous avez une expérience dans la réalisation d'intervention, d'assistance, et de dépannage (2ème niveau) sur matériels, logiciels standards, systèmes d'exploitation et réseaux locaux.

## Description

En tant que technicien de maintenance et support utilisateurs, vous aurez pour missions :

 1. Assurer le support technique sur site pour les systèmes Windows de niveau 1 et 2, en intervenant sur une diversité d'équipements tels que les PC scientifiques, les imprimantes et les PXI. Vous êtes familier avec les systèmes d'exploitation Windows XP, Windows 7 et Windows 10.
 2. Installer et dépanner des applications variées, qu'elles soient métiers ou open source.
 3. Accompagner les industriels dans l'utilisation et la résolution de problèmes liés aux équipements informatiques.
 4. Assurer le dépannage matériel des PC, imprimantes, écrans et PXI.
 5. Mettre en œuvre les mesures de sécurité sur les PC, en respectant les standards comme le MCS, les KB, le BIOS et les GPO.
 6. Préparer les palettes de machines pour les envois et les réformes, en suivant les procédures établies.
 7. Prendre en charge l'inventaire du matériel et collecter les informations requises selon les processus établis dans l'outil de gestion GLPI.
