## About the Role

We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in Data Migration, Data Architecture, and ERP transformations, capable of leading end-to-end migration initiatives across global programs and complex enterprise environments.

 * 7+ years of experience in Data Migration, Data Architecture, or related roles.
 * Strong experience leading enterprise-wide data migration initiatives.
 * Solid knowledge of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.
 * Experience working with ERP platforms, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or Oracle Fusion.
 * Expertise in data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, and migration validation activities.
 * Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions, preferably AWS.
 * Familiarity with testing methodologies, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
 * Fluent English (written and spoken).
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international environments.
 * Define and lead end-to-end data migration strategies across global transformation programs.
 * Design migration architectures, frameworks, governance models, and technical standards.
 * Lead data discovery, profiling, assessment, cleansing, and source-to-target mapping activities.

## Description

* Ensure alignment between business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.
 * Review and approve migration designs, transformation logic, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
 * Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness activities.
 * Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Data Governance teams, and external partners.
 * Mentor project teams and provide technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle.
 * Ensure data quality, compliance, scalability, and maintainability across solutions.
 * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in Data Management and Data Migration.
