## About the Role

* +5 años de experiencia en DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud o Infrastructure Engineering.
 * Experiencia sólida con Kubernetes y Terraform.
 * Experiencia en AWS y/o Azure.
 * Buen conocimiento de CI/CD y automatización.
 * Experiencia con herramientas avanzadas de monitorización y observabilidad.
 * Scripting/programación con Python, Bash, Go y/o Java.
 * Conocimientos de PostgreSQL, MySQL y/o MongoDB.
 * Valorable experiencia en banca, seguros, fintech o entornos regulados.
 * Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.
 * Inglés C1 mínimo, ya que la comunicación interna es íntegramente en inglés.

## Description

En Claire Joster acompañamos a las organizaciones en la identificación y selección de talento cualificado para posiciones de Mando Intermedio y Management en el ámbito tecnológico., Desde Claire Joster Technology estamos buscando un/a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) para incorporarse a un entorno tecnológico internacional, altamente exigente y regulado, participando en la evolución y fiabilidad de plataformas digitales críticas.

No buscamos un perfil DevOps tradicional centrado únicamente en infraestructura. La posición combina Cloud + SRE + Platform Engineering + automatización + observabilidad + seguridad, con un alto impacto técnico.

 * Diseñar, evolucionar y administrar infraestructuras Cloud en AWS y/o Azure.
 * Gestionar plataformas Kubernetes en entornos productivos.
 * Definir y trabajar con SLIs/SLOs y métricas de disponibilidad.
 * Gestionar observabilidad con Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana y OpenTelemetry.
 * Participar y liderar la resolución de incidentes críticos y análisis post-mortem.
 * Identificar cuellos de botella y optimizar rendimiento y escalabilidad.
 * Automatizar procesos de seguridad: SAST, DAST y SCA.
 * Trabajar con soluciones de gestión de secretos como HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault o AWS Secrets Manager.
 * Realizar code reviews, definir buenas prácticas y mentorizar perfiles más junior.
