in IT Industry Wherein 5+ years in Appian.4-5 years of experience in development of enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.2+ years of experience in designing BPM applications.At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of developers.Experience in developing on J2EE platforms, .Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) Good logical and analytical reasoning ability.Experienced in removing technical and delivery impediments through feasibility assessments, solution evaluations, and fit-for-purpose architectural recommendations.Engage with business stakeholders at an early stage to understand requirements, define solution approaches, establish architectural guidance, and create initial solution frameworks for development teams to adopt and deliver.Experienced as primary technical authority for delivery planning, making strategic decisions on sprint commitments and priorities in collaboration with Product Owners and business
