## About the Role

* 5+ years' relevant experience within financial services and/or fund administration systems
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of Investran
 * Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and platform development
 * Experience with reporting, data remediation and process/output automation
 * Strong Excel skills
 * Previous experience supporting or training system users
 * Yardi, VBA or investor portal experience would be beneficial

The position can be based in Southampton or London and offers a hybrid working arrangement, depending on business requirements and the chosen office.

## Description

The role will focus on optimising the use of Investran across the business, supporting system configuration and fund structures, improving reporting and automation, resolving platform-related issues, and contributing to upgrades, testing and ongoing system development.

The successful candidate will work closely with operational and client-facing teams, acting as a key point of contact for Investran-related queries and helping drive consistency and best practice across the organisation.
