 * Support customers through in-depth discovery to understand current-state environments
 * Develop comprehensive, customised hybrid infrastructure solutions spanning on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud technologies
 * Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines aligned with client expectations and project objectives
 * Manage technical implementation, coordinating internal and external resources for successful deployment and configuration
 * Lead technical discovery workshops, translating requirements into high- and low-level designs
 * Develop solutions leveraging Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft & AWS technologies
 * Collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to ensure successful project outcomes
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
 * Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their digital transformation and AI adoption journey
