* Remote-Durchführung des 1st-Level-Field-Service-Supports für die Regionen Ostdeutschland und Hamburg
 * Umsetzung von IMAC-Leistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) im Client-Umfeld
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Peripheriegeräten sowie Handscannern
 * Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen im Bereich Client-Hardware und Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Einweisung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwarefragen
 * Dokumentation und Pflege der durchgeführten Serviceleistungen im Ticketsystem
