 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von ITIL-basierten Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung des IT-Operations-Teams
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Security, Architektur und Fachbereichen
 * Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. BAIT, DORA oder vergleichbar)
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Managed Services
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der IT-Strategie im operativen Kontext, * Schlüsselrolle als Abteilungsleiter IT Operations (m/w/d) mit hoher Sichtbarkeit im Unternehmen
