## About the Role

Le candidat idéal pour ce poste de Technicien de Maintenance Informatique Itinérant doit combiner des compétences techniques solides avec un sens aigu du service client. Vous interviendrez directement chez nos clients pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de leurs systèmes informatiques.

Par conséquent, nous recherchons une personne autonome, polyvalente, et dotée d'excellentes capacités de communication.

Titulaire d'un Bac +2 en informatique (type BTS Systèmes Numériques, BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations, DUT Réseaux et Télécommunications) ou expérience équivalente.

Expérience : Au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance informatique, idéalement sur un poste itinérant et un permis B obligatoire., Environnement & Sensoriel

Sensibilité au bruit
Sensibilité à la lumiere forte
Besoin d'une forte luminosité
Déplacements professionnels impossibles

Communication & Cognitif

Besoin de consignes claires et structurées
Préférence pour les échanges écrits
Environnement à faible pression temporelle

## Description

En collaboration avec le responsable de l'agence , vous prenez en charge les interventions d'installation et de maintenance.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

-Réaliser les tournées définies par le Responsable d'agence et prendre en charge en autonomie des interventions d'installation et de maintenance , sur matériels informatiques et / ou monétiques
-Respecter les modes opératoires mis à disposition
-Réaliser les comptes rendus de ses interventions
-Réaliser la gestion logistique de son activité (renvois de pièces , réapprovisionnement de ses stocks)., Diagnostic d'accessibilité
