 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung, identifizierst und adressierst Themen eigenständig und bringst sie vorausschauend voran.

 * Du bist proaktiv und denkst konsequent einen Schritt voraus
 * Du erkennst Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Handlungsbedarfe frühzeitig und leitest gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam konkrete Gegenmaßnahmen ein
 * Du kannst Stakeholder auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen souverän beraten, challengen und für Entscheidungen befähigen
 * Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Governance, Transparenz, Qualitätssicherung und Projektsteuerung
 * Idealerweise bringst Du erste Erfahrungen in Test Management, Cutover Management, Change Management oder Trainingsmanagement mit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten

## Description

* Spannende, internationale Transformationsprojekte bei Weltmarktführern
 * Aktive Steuerung und Beratung in Großprojekten im internationalen SAP-Kontext
 * Aktive Steuerung und Mitgestaltung komplexer SAP-Transformationsprojekte als Teil des Projektmanagement-Teams
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Solution Architects aus der Technology-Practice
 * Übernahme von Verantwortung für zentrale Projektmanagement-Themen mit hoher Eigenständigkeit und Ownership
 * Schaffung von Transparenz sowie frühzeitige Identifikation und Steuerung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und kritischen Entscheidungen
 * Sicherstellung einer zielgerichteten Projektsteuerung hinsichtlich Scope, Zeit, Budget und Qualität
 * Befähigung von Projektteams sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Governance-, Entscheidungs- und Steuerungsprozessen
 * Mitarbeit beim Ausbau des Activist-PMO-Ansatzes sowie angrenzender Know-how Areas wie Test, Cutover, Change & Training
 * Entwicklungsperspektive auch in einer fachlichen Spezialisierung der genannten Know-how Areas möglich
 * Nutzung von KI im Projektalltag mit dem Ziel, Projektmanagementstrukturen effizienter und qualitätssteigernd aufzubauen, weiterzuentwickeln und konsequent umzusetzen
