 * You are interested in current AI trends, project and program management, and collaboration in complex stakeholder environments.
 * You are characterized by structured, reliable Work as well as organizational talent for workshops, meetings and communication formats.
 * You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and enjoy working in international teams.
 * Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as ideally experience with MS Copilot and other AI applications round off your profile.

## Description

* You will support our AI Strategy & Steering team in the context of Mercedes-Benz-wide AI activities.
 * You will be involved in the planning, implementation and follow-up of OKR workshops and controlling dates.
 * In addition, you will be responsible for the organizational preparation of program townhalls, including agenda, participant communication and feedback requests.
 * Furthermore, you prepare content and presentation documents in a way that is appropriate for the target group and support them in communicating them via central program channels.
 * In addition, you will maintain relevant distributors, contact lists and work documents and ensure transparent information flows in the program environment.
