## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik bzw. ein IT-naher Studiengang oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung / Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
 * Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA Level D, PMI PMP oder PRINCE2 Practitioner) zwingend erforderlich
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. Projekt-Office im Rahmen von IT-Projekten mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität
 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Meilenstein- und Terminüberwachung, fortlaufenden Ressourcenplanung sowie im sicheren Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project und Jira
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse klassischer sowie agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2)

## Description

* Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung, Steuerung und operativen Umsetzung komplexer IT-Projekte
 * Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Statusberichten, Risikoanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Mitwirkung im Projekt-Controlling hinsichtlich Meilensteinen, Terminen, Abhängigkeiten, Anforderungen und Budgetüberwachung
 * Organisation und Moderation von Projektmeetings sowie strukturierte Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung offener Maßnahmen
 * Beratung und Unterstützung von Projektmitarbeitenden und Projektleitungen bei methodischen sowie organisatorischen Fragestellungen
 * Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Gremienarbeit inklusive adressatengerechter Berichterstattung und Kommunikation
 * Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten wie Terminkoordination, Qualitätssicherung, Mitarbeiter-On- und Offboarding sowie Listenpflege
 * Fachliche und organisatorische Unterstützung bei strategischen Sonderthemen der Projektleitung
