## About the Role

Sie bringen einen guten Abschluss einer Uni oder FH mit, oder verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung.
Sie verfügen über mehrere Jahre Erfahrungen (Konzeption + Implementierung + Leitung) in SAP mit einem Schwerpunkt in WM und/oder EWM.
Neben Ihren technischen Kenntnissen zeichnen Sie sich zudem durch fundierte Kenntnissen in den entsprechenden organisatorischen Abläufen einer Support-Organisation aus. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Weiterbildungen in entsprechenden Management-Methodiken.
Sie verfügen über Führungserfahrung, Organisations- und Problemlösungstalent sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Sie sprechen mindestens gut Deutsch und Englisch (beides B2 oder besser).

## Description

Fachliche Leitung des international verteilten SAP WM / EWM Teams (15 Mitarbeitende), sowie disziplinarische Leitung der in Deutschland tätigen Gruppe dieses Teams mit derzeit sechs Mitarbeitenden.
Steuerung des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports für alle Standorte unseres Mandanten weltweit.
Koordination der regionalen Teams, weiterer Ausbau der Support Service-Levels, sowie permanente Analyse und Verbesserung von Qualitäts-KPIs.
Eintauchen in die Denk- und Arbeitsweise der Fachbereiche.
Leitung von Projekten in Ihrem Fachgebiet.
