* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Administration des ERP-Systems
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von ERP-bezogenen Projekten sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs und der Systemverfügbarkeit
 * Konfiguration und Customizing von ERP-Modulen sowie Umsetzung kleinerer Anpassungen
 * Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen (z. B. mit SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI)
 * Unterstützung der Anwender:innen durch Schulungen, Dokumentationen und 2nd-Level-Support
