 * Erfahrung mit User Research, Testing und datenbasierter Produktentwicklung.
 * Souveränität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in verständliche Lösungen zu übersetzen.
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams.
 * Eine selbstständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Nice to have

 * Erfahrung im E-Commerce-, Marktplatz- oder Retail-Umfeld.
 * Kenntnisse in AI-gestütztem Prototyping oder Design-to-Code.
 * Technisches Verständnis für Komponenten, Design Tokens und moderne Frontend-Architekturen.
 * Erfahrung mit Accessibility / WCAG oder Low-Code-Prototyping.
