You will own critical enterprise systems, automate workflows, and drive continuous improvement across IT operations and infrastructure projects., Core Infrastructure & Active Directory * Administer, maintain, and monitor hybrid identity and global Active Directory environments (Azure AD/Entra ID, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Sites & Services, and AD replication). * Manage, monitor, and provision local and cloud infrastructure services (AWS, WorkSpaces, EC2). Microsoft 365 Tenant & Security Management * Maintain overall M365 tenant configuration, health, and security compliance. * Administer M365 workload services including Exchange Online (mail flow, retention), SharePoint Online (permissions, sharing), OneDrive, Teams (calling plans, policies), Intune (device deployment, Autopilot), and Defender/Purview (DLP, Conditional Access). * Develop PowerShell scripts and utilize Power Automate and Graph API for workflow automation and reporting.
