## Description

models * Use Snowflake and SQL to create robust, reliable and accessible data solutions * Develop and evolve reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI * Bring together data from across finance, operations, compliance, quality and other key business areas * Improve data governance, quality, accuracy and consistency across the organisation * Work directly with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical data solutions * Mentor and develop a small but growing data team * Help define the future architecture, tooling and best practices of the data function What we're looking for * Strong commercial experience with Snowflake * Strong SQL skills and experience developing modern data warehouse solutions * Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data models * Strong experience with Power BI and business reporting * A background spanning both data engineering and analytics * Experience, taking ownership of data solutions rather than
