Production Support

 * L2 Production Support experience
 * Incident, Problem, and Change Management
 * Application support involving Oracle Back End databases
 * Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
 * Monitoring and ticket resolution
SQL Skills

 * Complex SQL queries
 * Query performance analysis
 * Data fixes and data reconciliation
 * Stored procedures/packages understanding
 * Ability to analyse application issues using database data
