## About the Role

* 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise across CRM platforms and complex enterprise implementations.
 * Strong banking and financial services domain experience, with an understanding of the regulatory and control environment.
 * Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and a strong understanding of Agentforce capabilities.
 * Demonstrable experience leading major workstreams within large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes, not simply participating as a BA.
 * Ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas, from discovery and requirements through to technology delivery and business outcomes.
 * Strong ability to translate complex business needs and colleague journeys into clear technology requirements, features, and actionable user stories.
 * Confidence challenging senior stakeholders, driving decisions, resolving ambiguity, and removing blockers that impact engineering delivery.
 * Experience working across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration, and Testing teams within Agile delivery models.
 * Ability to identify cross-programme dependencies, risks, and gaps early and proactively drive them through to resolution.
 * Senior, delivery-focused leadership with the ability to operate independently, provide direction to other BAs, and improve the pace and quality of programme delivery.
