## About the Role

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Provide expert finance-process support for ERP issues and change requests (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank management, reporting) * Own administration of core ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX ****, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance u**** Operations) * Plan and support ERP rollouts for finance processes and tools, including user training * Coordinate financial integration of Dynamics add-ins and third-party applications (e.g., contract and HR tools) * Design sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues and drive continuous improvement * Coordinate with external partners and key users to keep projects moving forward * Create and maintain functional specifications, user manuals, and support documentation * Monitor interfaces for financial transactions to ensure reliable operations Responsabilidades * BSc in Business Administration (or related field); equivalent experience * Strong experience in finance processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank
management, reporting) * Proven ERP experience with MS Dynamics AX **** or MS Dynamics 365 Finance u**** Operations * Solid understanding of IT topics and interfaces; XML knowledge * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience with financial integration of third-party solutions * Experience in an international/global company environment * Experience creating functional specifications and end-user documentation * Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus Requisitos principales * Flexible hybrid work model * Meal allowance (digital) * Job bike leasing * Transport subsidy * Extra vacation days * Electric vehicle charging in parking area
