Broad and deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, with expert-level focus on the following technologies:

 * BizTalk Server

Architecture & Frameworks

 * Strong understanding and practical implementation experience with:
 * Azure Well-Architected Framework
 * Cloud Adoption Framework
 * Ability to translate framework guidance into real-world, customer-specific designs, particularly for hybrid, storage, and data-protection workloads

Broader Azure Knowledge

 * Well-rounded understanding of Azure across:
 * IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
 * Integration with on-premises and third-party platforms
 * Ability to position Azure capabilities within a broader IT and business context, * 15+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as:
 * Systems architecture
 * Infrastructure administration and operations
 * Cloud and hybrid consulting
 * Enterprise support and advanced troubleshooting
 * Proven track record of:
 * Planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid environments
 * Supporting complex customer scenarios from design through production
 * Strong experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, and technology management
 * Understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy

## Description

As an BizTalk Server Customer Engineer, you act as a trusted technical advisor, architect, and problem solver for enterprise and government customers. You help customers design, deploy, operate, and optimize hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on BizTalk Server.
This is an advisory role, combining architecture guidance, deep technical troubleshooting, and strategic consulting to help customers achieve resilient, secure, and well-architected solutions on Azure.
