* Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von d.velop ECM-/DMS-Systemen
 * Installation, Einrichtung sowie Wartung der d.velop-Lösungen in On-Premises- und Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Verantwortung für die Systemlandschaft (Windows Server, Datenbanken, Webserver) inkl. Updates, Migrationen und Releasewechsel
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung
 * Integration von Drittsystemen, Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Dokumentation und technische Beratung von Kunden und Fachbereichen
