 * Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation (Betriebshandbücher, Low-Level-Designs, Sicherheitskonzepte)

 * Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools wie ServiceNow

 * Erfahrung in Projekt- und Arbeitspaketsteuerung; erste Erfahrung in fachlicher Teamanleitung

## Description

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer AWS-Landschaft und Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs

 * Übernahme der Verantwortung für Architektur, Betrieb und Qualität unserer Cloud-Lösungen

 * Treffen von Architekturentscheidungen für unsere AWS-Umgebung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Cloud-Architektur inkl. Security-Konzepten (IAM, Verschlüsselung) und Landing Zone (Multi-Account, Governance)

 * Automatisierung der Infrastruktur (IaC, CI/CD z. B. GitHub Actions) und Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs (Monitoring, Incident-/Change-Management z. B. über ServiceNow)

 * Organisation und Pflege von Fachkonzepten, Betriebshandbüchern und Dokumentationen

 * Planung und Steuerung technischer Projekte sowie Identifikation von Kosteneinsparpotenzialen

 * Teilnahme am Architekturboard und Steuerung von Lieferanten (Reviews, Konditionen, Entscheidungsvorlagen)

 * Unterstützung beim Marktangang (Angebote, Business Cases, Kundengespräche)

 * Koordination fachlicher Themen im Team sowie Feedback zu technischen Fragestellungen

 * Sicherstellung von Prozess- und Richtlinientreue sowie Teilnahme an Audits
